My husband is a patient of Dr Sonone for migraines. Dr Sonone is very thorough, listens to you and gives you all the time you need. He does not rush you and we find him very caring and personable.

The entire staff was extremely friendly, and caring . DR. Sonone listens to every word you say, and you just see the experience going to work. Very through and acts quickly.

Great Service !! Overall it was fantastic .

his staff is not friendly, they are rude and do not answer phone calls and the office manager does nothing about it.

I will say the doctor is very knowledgeable and is great but his help is not good at all anymore, they dont return calls and i have seen him for 2 years now and the past few months i have about decided to find a new doctor. which i dont really want but if his help continues to be unprofessional he will lose alot of patients

Was not seen at my appointment due to not having a mask... there's no mask mandate for the state of TN but the doctor wants masks to be worn in his office. That's understandable if you tell people ahead of time. There are signs on the doors but that's it.. they told me that they texted me about the masks but they didn't.. If you don't have a mask you can buy one from them for $2 cash only. $2 for a mask? Cash only? Tell people before they get there? This isn't a doctor's office this is clown college.
