Dr Saini has been my doctor for more than 15 years and I have nothing but good experiences. He is extremely knowledgeable,trustworthy and a kind hearted person. He runs on time and spends enough time with his patients. He is very busy but still finds time to see emergencies on the same day. His office is always in tip top shape and the girls are very friendly!

I'd be comfortable recommending this dr. because he listens to your complaint, asks pertinent questions, is kind, keeps track of any immunizations you need without you mentioning them. He seems interested in you while at the same time getting to the point of your visit. He lets you know you are ok if he seems you are worried. I have never had a long wait in his office and if I need a same day appt. can easily get it. I would also say that he is intuitive as far as your concerns go.

I have been going to Dr. Saini for a year and find him and his staff very professional. HE has handled each medical issue with care, ease, consideration, and fully explains the medical facts in laymans terms. I would recommend him to everyone. In fact, as an 85 year old, having gone to many Dr's in my lifetime, I would rank him at the very top!

My mom use to see him and was so much pain and he said well there's nothing I can do for you maybe we should just shoot you. This was over 10 yrs ago. I hope his bed side manners got better. Needless to say she switched doctor's and got a real diagnosis.

Excellent Doctor giving good service ,however the office and support staff are the exact opposite. When you join they dont bother to call back and tell you that you are accepted , then when you call ,whatever day they say oh yes we were going to call you today !!! Referals take an eternity to happen and you must keep on top of them to know what is going on , mine were sent to the wrong office for the doctor sought and then just left, nothing corrected. The head nurse runs the Patient Portal and needs to be instructed by the patient in how to resolve issues, reset the system and make it possible to register. Apart from the Doctor, this was a very negative joining for me and I will leave immediately based on their front office inability or lack of intent to resolve issues quickly. They have a lot of new people and I was told by theit Fulton office that they are not experienced or have much knowledge of the Northwat systems , I totally agree !!!
