10/10 My mom had total knee surgery and had therapy in the Southaven office and my mom has improved so much since the day she started going. The staff is so nice and great at what they do, even down to the receptionist . I would recommend the Southaven office to anyone!! Thank y'all so much 💓

I have been going to therapy here for over a year. The staff is amazing. Holly is and will always be the best patient greeter and coordinator...sad she left. CANDICE is AMAZING!!!! She is highly knowledgeable and if something doesn't seem right she goes home and researches it for me. I tend to be a hard/complicated case and Candice has worked with me determined to eliminate my pain and constant aches. She is very attentive and talks to you in a best friend manner. Her knowledge far exceeds her title. After a year of therapy I consider this place a second home and the staff family. Thank you for all u do.

Everyone is so nice and really cares, especially since Casey left. He really didn’t seem to care, but everyone else is so sweet. Receptionist Holly knows everyone and is on top of everything besides being the sweetest person! Candice is very knowledgeable, sweet, and a little scary depending on what you need to work on. The guys are great and very encouraging.

I have been coming to this physical therapy office for various surgeries & injuries since 2017 & always recommend it. I am currently rehabbing after a total shoulder replacement & could not be happier with my results. Holly greets me with a smile every time I enter. She is so patient with me because my schedule requires me to often make changes to my appointments. She always does her best to accommodate me. Candice is my primary therapist & she is fantastic. She is very encouraging & is constantly researching new exercises & techniques to accomplish my goals. The entire staff is to be commended. Juan, Will & Max have all helped out in some capacity with my treatment. It is obvious all are interested in helping everyone improve. I highly recommend the Hermitage office if you have any issues that require a physical therapist.

I have used Benchmark Physical Therapy more than once over the past few years. The therapists are well-trained, polite, responsive to my needs, and thorough. They always make sure that I have a workout that helps improve my condition, as well as finish up my appointments with a relaxing heating pad session. I highly recommend this facility!

Benchmark PT (now Results PT) have helped both my husband and me to recover from injuries. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging, while putting us through our paces. Hopefully the new owners will invest in needed upgrades to the facility!

Several of my family members have been here for physical therapy and we all agree that it is the best PT local office. They have done an excellent job helping each of us get back to great health. Their therapists are very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is the best PT facility that I have ever experienced. I have been to the Hermitage Benchmark facility for several issues. The last sessions I had here were for a knee replacement. My therapist, Courtney, was extremely knowledgeable in this field, very personal and attentive to all of her patients. Also, I have to sing praises to Sam as well. She sometimes took care of me when Courtney wasn't available for an appointment time that I needed. She is also extremely knowledgeable and attentive to every patient. As long as this facility continues to operate where Therapist are not overbooked to where they cannot give proper attention to each patient, I will never go anywhere else for my PT needs.
