They took the time to listen to all my concerns, thoroughly explained each option, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Whether it’s routine skin checks, or treatment plans, Dr. Richardson approaches everything with a high level of expertise and compassion. The office staff is also fantastic—efficient, friendly, and always accommodating when it comes to scheduling. I feel incredibly lucky to have found a dermatologist who is not only highly knowledgeable but also deeply kind and supportive. My skin has never looked or felt better! The staff were efficient and friendly. Dr. Patel was thorough. I had to have a few suspicious things removed, but it went smoothly. I was in and out in less than an hour. I really like the new office. Lots of room, nice decor, and plenty of parking. Many thanks!
