My daughter had a mental crisis in the past and they always had help her stabilize Im very thankful with the service they had provided.

If you're like me and you gotta pop a pill every so often make sure to utilize the university health systems. It's the best and most affordable way to make sure you get your pills when you need them. :)

I was truly concerned regarding what to expect regarding the process for a loved one. Danielle G (Peer support supervisor), came out to assist us. What a wonderful and professional individual!!! She is truly amazing and mad every step easier.In addition to Danielle G., there is another lady at the 24hr location whom came out to assist us whom was amazing as well. I unfortunately can not remember her name, she was so personable. She wore a Minnie mouse top(yes, I remembered that part). Great job everyone.I will keep all of you informed of any interactions I have at the locations. Especially, since I've see some of the below comments, which Ifind surprising. I can honestly tell you every engagement I had was absolutely 💯% professional and excellent service. I spoke to another social worker and the 24 hour location manager took a brief time to speak to me. My engagement was positive. I can say I received excellent service!!!

This place used to be good. Then it declined to horrible. Some of of the people will hang up and on you when you are in terrifying suicidal distress like they did my friend and not care about him. I have sent several people there for help and given them this number to get help and most have been treated badly on the phone but in person it was better. I don't understand why.

This place needs a serious full investigation and inspection. They break our civil rights by accidental HIPPA breaches. Employees discussing patients in full view of other people. Social workers are not supportive of patients or Families. Doctors violate prescription rules. Overall poor experience
