Both my wife and I have been going to Dr. Cruikshank for at least 7 years. He always spends a good amount of time discussing our health and treats us well. He has diagnosed health conditions and treated them before they were serious. I was fortunate he caught symptoms of a cancerous mass on one of my kidneys and referred me to a great hospital were it was removed before it spread or got worse. Always kind and caring. He often calls to give us test results or to discuss concerns.

Dr. Cruickshank has always been attentive to my medical concerns and does not hesitate to refer me to specialists as needed. He is very thorough. He spends enough time with me at each visit. He sees me every three months as he is very proactive in helping me manage my health as I have numerous health concerns. He is patient. He calls me after hours to talk about test results with me. He gives me ample information and support to help me make the best decisions I can about my health.

Wonderful dr. Very caring and thorough. I would recommend him to all.

I saw this doctor at the Canton NY facility. I explained that I was suffering from depression and PTSD due to a hostile work environment. I requested a doctor's note for a leave of absence. He laughed at me and condescendingly said "I'm not giving you a note. I suggest you take some time off and look for another job." *I was a successful professional in a job for over 10 years. And? He chose to humiliate a person in crisis. I don't think I was ever anything but an over weight woman. A person of little value.

This man needs to have an investigation done related to his practice. His personal "surveys" are full of conjecture, with limited room for accurate analysis. He tries to force diagnosis on you, even when second opinions have shown that he is and was wrong. He does not help you and does not gather a full medical history or even listen to the patient when they are explaining. I will NEVER go back to him. I had an appointment for a refill and it took nearly 40 minutes just to be seen!

He seems like full of himself. Wish some one could tell him go run for local politics and try not to be a physician. He is an insult to the profession.

Went to him with abdominal pain. He told me to see a psychiatrist. Received a second opinion from a different doctor, who diagnosed me with duodenal ulcer. Have listened to complaints of others who have either been told by him that they are "depressed" (in this case, it was a bulging disc), or that they "just need to exercise and lose weight" (turned out to be Cushing's Disease). Could never, in good conscience, recommend him to anyone.

This is a poor excuse for a physician. This so called physician needs to read a real doctor's code of ethics (A physician shall support access to medical care for all people) He is not willing to help patients that clearly need medical treatment. Shame on this so called doctor. Re educate yourself
