I sent then letters and no response to the letters . They want the insurance money plus your money . What a scam they are pulling ! They just want to be a money making machine , and their way is to double charge .

They submitted my claim wrong, so insurance denied claim. After many calls, got corrected. They got paid, but still took me to collections, and after many more calls to rude Sarah, finally fixed
