My experience with Dr Ross was great. Everyone of the staff treated me like I was the only patient they had. They took excellent care of me from the time I walked in to the time I was released.Wait time was very minimal maybe 5 minutes in the waiting room before they called me to the back for preparation and in no time I was moved to the back for my procedure. This was completed with no complications and went back to the room where I waited to be released. Instructions for self or home care were easy to understand and also in writing to take home. The best care available, thank you all very much.
