Went for the first time, I was very pleased with the staff there were very nice the office was nice clean the service was great , the Doctor Garg was very compassionate took her time with me I was very happy with her ,I highly recommend her to any one who wants a doctor to listen and that cares .

What doctor does not return calls after 2.5 weeks of numerous calls and messages? No excuses no apologies Blamed staff. Dad is an assisted living. Said she would visit him. No call back or follow up.

Dr Garg takes very good care of her patients. She truly cares for each and every patient and will do whatever she can to help them. Most doctors these days are all about the money and don't truly care for the patient but she is genuine and will do whatever she can to help you. Office staff is also very nice. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a doctor that truly wants to help you, and will follow through.

My experience was a bit unusual but extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant. I was referred by my primary physician after having experienced palpitations for several weeks. My initial tests and EKG were all normal at my primary’s office so she wanted me to see Dr Garg for further follow up. My husband accompanied me to the visit and went into the room with me as well. We were escorted into the examination room by a heavy-set blonde nurse with black rimmed glasses ( I can’t remember her name) she was the one to take my vitals etc and administer an EKG. I was asked to disrobe from the waist up for the test but was given no gown to put on) I was asked to lay back and as I was laying there on the table already feeling quite anxious over the visit itself and from weeks of worry and feeling uncomfortably exposed, this nurse began making non stop comments about my breasts. Now, the comments were not derogatory, they were complimentary, but completely unprofessional given the situation and atmosphere. I was not flattered in being ogled and having private parts of my body commented on continuously. This nurse proceeded to discuss her own breasts and dissatisfaction with them since her son was born and made comments about my breast enhancements that I had 25 years ago, everything from their “ perfect” shape and size, how lucky I was that i didnt have to wear specific undergarments, asking how much the procedure cost etc on and on and on while i sat there speechless and stunned and in the middle of an anxiety attack. My husband was uncomfortable as well. Finally she left and I’m immediately commented to my husband how appalled I was, I almost got dressed and left but the dr came in. Dr Garg was bland and unfriendly and after another normal EKG she recommended I wear a halter monitor for 48 hours and get an EEG ( ultrasound). I had to go back up front to schedule the EEG and see if they had a halter monitor available that day. They had one so I was escorted back into another room to have it hooked up to me by the same nurse who AGAIN the entire time she was hooking it up to me talked about my breasts. She also failed to mention there was an alert button on the monitor that I was supposed to click whenever I felt a symptom. A different nurse up front told me there was an alert button and explained how and when to use it as well as how to keep a log on paper so when I asked the nurse hooking it up to me about where it was located on the monitor she said there was no such button and that she knew for sure cause she had to wear one herself. The second day I had it on at home I had to take it out of its case to clean cat hair off the Velcro strap and low and behold there was the alert button, right on top but hidden under the Velcro strap. She placed the monitor into the case and fastened the strap over the ‘non existent ‘ alert button so it couldn’t be seen. Half of the time I had been wearing it was wasted because I hadn’t been able to push the button to mark the time the symptoms occurred. A follow up appointment was scheduled for me for 4 weeks later. I had the EEG done only a few days later and was expected to wait a month before hearing the results of the tests, which was causing me more anxiety. I called the office two separate times asking if the dr could call me and let me know the results so I wasn’t worrying needlessly for another month. I was constantly given the run around by the very rude front desk girl who sounded like she was following a script “ do you have a follow up appointment?” .. “our patients have to wait for their follow up visit for test results” and would talk over you and not listen. On the third call which was on a Monday I was told that if I didn’t hear anything I could ‘safely assume’ there was nothing wrong ( but leaves you wondering if you’re not hearing from them because there’s nothing wrong or because the dr just doesnt want to call you back or isnt receiving your messages) I was also told to give it until Thursday of that week then I could request a call from the dr. Obviously I heard nothing so Thursday I called and requested the dr call me. I was told the dr was leaving for vacation the end of the day Friday and would be away for a week. I made quite a fuss over the constant run around and told her if it was about wanting the money for the follow up appointment I’d come in for it anyway but just didn’t want to have to wait another 3 weeks wondering if something was wrong with me. After an argument and hanging up upset I did receive a call friday evening from the dr and was told my ultrasound was completely normal but that she still didn’t have the results of the 2 day halter monitor ( which was done before the EEG and it had been 2 weeks already) the dr told me she would contact the place that reads the monitors to put a rush on the results and that she’d call me Monday before she went on vacation or have a girl from the office call me that week. Big surprise.. she didn’t call and no one else did either. To be honest I wanted my results by phone to ease my worry but also because there was no way i could go back to that office for a follow up and see that same nurse. Obviously they had no intention of calling me with the rest of the results. I cancelled the follow up , it’s been another month since and still no call. Completely unprofessional, inappropriate, no compassion or bedside manner. I would never go back or recommend anyone else go. I’m quite surprised my primary referred me to this practice and specific cardiologist since my primary is wonderful. This experience was stressful, troubling and upsetting, the exact opposite of what you need.

poor diagonasis..More tests and more follow-ups visits..why not call and discuss on phone so I do not have to pay for follow-up visits.
