Basis of complaint began with Kaiser's lack of follow-up on critical checkups, and a discrepancy in appt. times. Front desk staff refused to answer any questions and I was left waiting for 20 minutes until directed to my care provider Sara Dill for dispute resolution. Regarding follow-ups, Sara stated this is solely the patients responsibility, even in cases where checkups would be critical to the well being of the patient! Regarding the appt. time discrepancy (10 minutes late)...no concessions what so ever, even if Kaiser made the error! So my Melanoma check and undetermined cyst on my eye lid would just have to wait until next time. Sara's attitude was argumentative, cold, and quite determined to "win" for Kaiser. Not the attributes you would expect from a caring professional in any field of endeavor, especially the medical field. Shame on Kaiser for allowing my personal care provider to take an adversarial position against their patient!
