He recommended switching providers for my CPAP supplies because they would work so well together with their office and have great communication. Well I took his advice and switched. Then his office dropped the ball on getting the proper info over to the new provider they needed both studies not just the most recent causing me many wasted phone calls and followups. This ultimately delayed me receiving my equipment by 3 weeks meaning additional out of pocket expenses from me and suffering poor sleep for that time. Called to see about a bill reduction due to this and was told 2 times no. As a Dr. he should have integrity and own up to his offices mistakes and make adjustments. Im paying the bill because I have those qualities so you can make the call if he deserves to be seen by you. Choose wisely...there are ethical providers out there.
