The medical staff assisted me as fast as they could and were very friendly and informative. They still took care of me even though I was late for my appointment and were very thorough in explaining the process for testing and in explaining the results as well. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel uncomfortable or make me feel that my issues were nothing to be concerned about. I felt they really cared about my health and wanted me to be as informed as possible. Thank you so much! I appreciate you all!

Awesome radiology group here. I drove from Escondido today to have a not so pleasant procedure called HSG done. Dr. Pimenta, Jackie and all the other attending nurses took great care of me and put my mind at ease, turned an experience I was dreading into a pleasant one.

I was hospitalized for a couple days for a cat bite at work that got really infected. I was sent to emergency by urgent care which I had gone to first, I was very upset because my boss was trying to avoid having me go to urgent care in the first place and having to go to er and then being hospitalized made it very apparent that it was not to be taken lightly and that my boss did not care. I was treated so well at the hospital and everyone cared even housekeeping. Everyone was lovely, my Mom and Grandpa came to this hospital which is why I came. I had a wonderful experience and hopefully wont end up in the hospital again, but if I do I'm coming here

Pacemaker replacement surgery very successful. Hospital staff professional and kind. Cath lab staff outstanding. Dr. Dawood excellent cardiologist. Very happy customer here! Every Nurse and CNA on the 4th floor are really caring and attentive, they were professionals and made me feel very grateful I came to Scripps Mercy Hospital Chula Vista. Thank you for the care I received.

Had a very positive experience going into L&D on 8/19/2021. Super grateful with all the staff, from Dr.'s, nurses to lactation consultants who helped my husband and I so much with our newborn Arlia. Even the custodians and cafeteria deliver personal were all so friendly and attentive. Thank you all for your help and support, we truly appreciate it.

Had a laparoscopic hysterectomy here performed by the AMAZING Dr. Jennifer Trujillo 8/6/21. The facility itself is sufficient but the staff made this a 5 star experience. Miss Sylvia the phlebotomist is my new bff and an amazing soul. My nurses Carlos and the rest of the gang were all so emphatic, caring and kind. I was a little scared upon entering the operating room and upon seeing me tear up my anesthesiologist ( I think his name is Dr. Duong) put his hand on my shoulder and told me everything was going to be fine right before I drifted off. That gesture alone was so reassuring. Everyone was wonderful. As an AA woman I was a bit concerned about the quality of care I would receive but I truly could not have asked for a better experience.

I had one of my son's here in 2015 they were so attentive to me , I was a little shocked they didn't offer birth control right away after birth but they are a religious hospital which I didn't know but that was okay . I had no complication's and was very pleased with how I was treated and discharged 🤗👌🏻

Everyone at the hospital was very kind and Compassionate. My nephew was a COVID patient and was seriously ill, the doctors did everything possible to save him, now he's at home and recovering.  Thanks to all the doctors, nurses and other staff.
