First let me say that as soon as I entered the department I was greeted very warmly. Then after just a few minutes I was in front of Dr. Lavine, I didn’t have to wait at all like I’ve had to do at all other doctors office. He was kind, courteous, respectful and answered all of my questions and put me at ease about my treatment options. I have been a patient of his now for over 5yrs and would never consider seeing anyone but him. I recommend him 100%!

He is very caring, compassionate, professional, I can’t say enough great things about him. I definitely felt he truly cared about my concerns and didn’t hesitate to take extra time with me to make sure I understood what we’re my choices for a good outcome. I would recommend him to everyone who needs his field of expertise.

I had a brain avm 14 years ago at the age of 25 that caused me to have a stroke , thank god I was in the care of Dr.Lavine he saved my life!!! He is such a compassionate , caring, down to earth doctor. In my eyes he is the best neurosurgeon in the world
