Dr. McNeal is thorough, kind, and interacts well with all of our children! We are so happy to have her as our kids’ pediatrician.

Dr McNeal is an excellent physician. She is thorough, kind and has the best bedside manner I have ever experienced. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The staff is okay and nurses are good, the the doctor is GREAT.

The doctor was very friendly despite the rude secretaries and few nurses. Things started of well after my child was a patient for a few months he began being switched between doctors. One doctor would say an issue was not a major concern. The other doctor would say it was a concern and issue medication. However I worked through that. I went to doctor office for an appointment then sat in the lobby for 10-15 and was told the doctor was not in and I had to reschedule. While a patient I miss an appointment. The secretary lied an accussed me of missing more than two and canceld my child as a paitient. Because I really liked the doctor I sent her a certified letter in the mail to address my concern about being canceled however she never responded
