Dr. Francis is so comforting and caring . Each time I see her, it is visiting with an old friend. She LISTENS and responds clearly with my problems. I never feel I’m being rushed and leave my visit satisfied. What a delightful human being.

Dr. Francis made me feel very comfortable as we discussed on toons for my situation. Wonderful bedside manner, very pleasant.

I arrived on time, checked in and updated my file. Almost immediately, I was ushered into a private office. Shortly, I was greeted by Dr Francis warmly and discussed the reason for my visit. She had reviewed my chart and approved the procedure I was requesting. Dr. Francis is not only highly professional, but posses the human touch. My exit was pleasant and I was treated with much respect.

Dr. Francis is amazing. She takes her time with you, she listens to your concerns and really has a great bedside manner!

Dr Francis was wonderful and attentive to my needs. I will be going back to her for additional treatment.
