All staff there from the receptionist to all the way up to the doctors they are kindness, compassionate, and honest. Believe me you have no idea how much honesty is so important in our care. Being told that I'm going to be dancing in 6 months after a hip replacement is a lie, and thank heavens for Dr Ashcraft to throw it right out there and tell me that while I will still be in pain it will be a different kind of pain. And that my friends is honesty, and straight to the point. No wonder I love this place. I'm not a drug seeker I'm a patient, I'm not a crybaby, I have serious back issues. And the fact that the staff is willing to look beyond the opiates and see the pain means everything to me
