Very Thankful for Dr. Smith Dr. Smith is an amazing physician. She always takes the time to visit and speak with me about my reason for for visiting. Dr. Smith cares for my children, my family and has been our trusted physician for over 10 years. Thank you to Dr. Smith and her staff for the amazing patient care.

Dr. Marguerite Smith is very professional but at the same time very personal.

I never go to actually meet Dr. Smith do to the disorganization of her office. The first appointment I had was made in October for months later in January. The week of they decided to reschedule because she was out of office. We can give her the benefit of the doubt and assume that something serious came up. The second appointment was cancelled by her rude office manager 30 minutes prior to my appointment, I was literally on my way. They called to tell me that because I had been a patient of another Dr. in the same office (who was retired), and hadn't filled out a transfer form, Dr. Smith would not be able to see me. They are clearly disorganized and incompetent, and the struggle to even get to an appointment at such a poorly run office was astounding.

I will NEVER recommend her again. I had been with Dr. Smith for over 20 years with only positive interactions . One day I receive notification that since I had gone to an urgent care , due to them not being able to see me right away while very sick, they they dropped me as a patient. I called and asked why? I had always shown up for appointments, payments were always prompt, never any issues. Apparently if another doctor asks for your records ( as I didn't think signing that was a big deal), they drop you and will NEVER take you back. My husband is still being seen there. I am a retired teacher , and highly educated and absolutely shocked at how they are now treating me as an indigent. I even drove down there to speak in person, and they wouldn't speak to me. Any doctor who truly cares and is vested in her patients would look to see if this was obviously a mistake and would correct the issue to make it right. I am very upset and baffled at this treatment.

Her office will call you to have do your labs, which is nice because they don’t wait for you to come in first. However they don’t submit the order to the lab so then you have a waisted trip. Happened to me many times. Finally after the frustration got to me I decided to find a new doctor.
