Very caring staff. Super thankful for Felicia, Lina, Gilbert and Maria. Felicia has gone above and beyond. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and genuine. I highly recommend this facility. I’ve suggested them to several friends and will continue to do so. Thank you for all you do for our kids and community.

I would really like to say thank you to Felicia, Renee, Lina, and Gilbert for everything they’ve done to get us the help for our kids.They are a very caring group.The rest of the staff at southwest behavioral health in lake Havasu who I’m not sure of their names have gone above and beyond to help our family with the care they need and I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done for us.

Am giving it a 5 star beause Is a person with a mentel illness /w cronic desisse /an a drug habit.an was looking for a better way to live my life lot of us are court order,sent by girl friend or boy friend or mentle illness has taken a tole on you were your way wasn't working or a love one or freind was struggling an you did know what to do or our bodies an mind was just given out on up or simply wanting a better way .keep in mind they didn't come knocking on our door to sign you up.we eathier reacher out or got pushed in some not by choice not easy to turn something over to someome one you don't know.Ive faught it for long time.Still do time to time.What's difront sayning my ways weren't working. Well look at we're I am today ambel to let anouther humen in that knowing they only want you to seceed in your life. left up me not going to happen.tostoday I ask for help the I follow the suggestion . rely on god an trust a prosses.pertty plessrd these days knoe some ones there for you someone wanting to help me in my life not wanting a thing from me.No one wanted that job. Of helping me.But they do.Trust an step aside your way don't work. this is your new beging let the process happen for give yourself a break. Don't foul your self your not their by misatke now take the help.

They are finally giving lake havasu real care and esp, transportation to the detox and other facilities mike Lopez world class hands down thanks

one of the ladies hung up on me during my intake appointment today. so i went down to the facility to try and figure out what happened, then the lady at front desk proceeded to call the cops on me .this was the same lady that had tried instigating conflict with me just a couple weeks ago. They told me i could go to mohave mental health and have my progress transferred over to their facility .. This was a complete lie, mohave mental health doesn't evn offer Domesticc violence classes .. Not to mention when i went into the facility understandingly frustrated, 2 of the younger ladies that work their were sitting behind the glass laughing at me because i was worked up ... Absolutely disgusts me that these people find joy in laughing at other peoples pain and struglles and intentionally trying to make other peoples lives more difficult . Thanks people at southwest behavioral health for making everything way more difficult than neeed be . You guys truly are a blessing

Dorothy was one of the rudest cold doctor's I've ever met. I got so freaked out (panic disorder) that I asked her "are you ok? Did I do something wrong? Why haven't you been kind or smiled not one time throughout our appointment?' she said she didn't need to smile and if I didn't stop talking about it I wouldn't get any medication. She then gives me 2 weeks of meds I ended up back in the hospital. Stay away from this woman. If you hate your job so much why not just quit. I cried for days

I had a Court ordered Appointment set for the 29th for DUI classes. Without Notifying me my appointment was changed to the 24th and when I came in for intake on the 29th I was treated as of it was my fault that my appointment was changed. I had already waited 3 months. And they tried telling me I was now going to have to wait another 2 1/2 months for my appointment and there was no way they could squeeze me in because of the mess up. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOUR FREEDOM DEPENDS ON IT. They don’t care. If I could give them a negative star review I would.

They should have thier license pulled. I have nothing food to say about this place. Fo to a private practice if you value your mental well being. They do not care about your life and mental health whatsoever. Very slow at getting anything useful accomplished.

My daughter is SMI! She has now been without any meds for two months!!!! The Rx's she needs are waiting for her "doctor" at Southwest Behavioral Health to fax an additional required approval so that AHCCCS will approve these new meds! We have contacted this local office multiple times and are still waiting for this "doctor" to do her part in getting these meds approved through AHCCCS!!!Appare Appa, it does not matter to your staff if my daughter has another meltdown!!! I get to pick up the pieces of this poor battered girl and you guys all just keep collecting your paychecks and going about your daily lives!!!!
