Everyone this year has been good to me. Dr Alvarez has a kind heart I finally saw this. Everything since surgery is done well and I just now have to work with pain management on Fibromyalgia and arthritis.  The MRI department worked with me well as I have a high fear of being in that tube. The Young lady talked me through it checked on me helped explain where we were in the test and kept me calm. I had her name and now I forgot . Very sweet and knowledgeable.

Doctors are awesome but staff not so much. How about finding some friendly faces who are happy to have a job!

I have been attempting to schedule a surgery for several weeks. Placed 6 phone calls and did not receive call back. Today I was informed the regular employee who handles these requests was out for 6 days but her manager was covering patient inquiries. This is as bad as customer service gets. Employee in important position is out and management fails to do anything. Think twice before dealing with this practice.

These reviews speak for themselves. I am directing this frustration to Kelly the manager and her superior(s) that continue to allow her to be employed there. My father is a patient there and she is always an issue and has no sense of compassion for the poor people that HAVE to go there. There comes a point where if you have worked somewhere for so long and have started losing you empathy and compassion for the people then it's time to retire or find a new career. Kelly, these people are SICK AND INJURED people. You have no idea what these people are going through and I promise you Kelly, you make their life THAT much harder. Heartless. Avoid this place if possible. - 0 stars. All about the money and not the patients health.

Some of the worst Front office staff and schedulers in healthcare. They got a referal from the hospital and didn't bother to look up the chart or request the Scans that the Dr. wanted before seeing me as a patient. They never mentioned over the phone about bringing scans in. The manager looked for any reason to let me go with rudeness. Used a positive test result for Covid From 2 WEEKS AGO and while BEING asymptomatic to schedule a visit one month after serious head trauma. On the other hand the hospital has seen me multiple times since the positive test because they want to help a patient heal. If you dont have procedures in place during this pandemic to see positive patients there is virtual telemedicine visits to protect themselves. That wasn't the goal of this office. I am not the only one who has had issues with this office. If your only in this for pain management and prescribing pills don't take referrals for trauma patients.

Tired of coming to pick up prescriptions when called on thursday for pick up and you close on friday, no notice except sign on door. Just plain ignorant. 3rd time this year.
