Although it did take some time to get in for an appointment, I had a very pleasant experience at this office. The staff at the front desk were courteous and professional. The nurse was kind and put my daughter at ease. The doctors exam was efficient and I never felt rushed. I would definitely go back of we had further concerns.

Dr. Thalakoti has always treated my child wonderfully, answered my questions, and offered options for treatment. He and the office reception workers are always lovely to speak with. The rest of the office can be surly. Some nurses are pleasant, some slam the door in your face. The office manager is aggressive and rude.

One of the best doctors I have ever met. Nurse is amazing as well. Outstanding Pediatric Neurology Care!

Wonderful experience from the first phone call to set up an new patient appointment. Friendly Staff and helpful. Dr Thalakoti very personable and put mu child at ease. Stephanie in the office was very engaging and handled a angry parent with grace and showed her diginity. Once angry parent left she made sure all her coworkers were okay and apologized to all in the waiting room. I wish all managers were as caring as she was towards her coworkers.

We were expecting to see the other doctor in the office, but I am very pleased we saw Dr. Thalakoti. He was very thorough, having looked through our son's records from other doctors before seeing us for the first time. Our son really seemed to like him, which says a lot as he is not always happy with strangers. I felt like the exam was well done and his bedside manner was very pleasant. The only negative was that we waited in the lobby for over 30 mins past our appt. time.

I would not recommend anyone taking their child to this doctor. The office staff were amazing but the Doctor was very rude and made my son feel very uncomfortable. He didnt want to listen to anything we had to say and he didnt want to look at any paperwork that I had gathered that they told me to gather to get a better understanding of my son. He didnt introduce himself he just started hounding my son with questions . By the end of the appointment the only thing we got out of it was a referral to the speech therapist he has already been seeing for months which he would have known if he would have listened to me and and stopped cutting me off. I know my child better than he does.

Awful experience with this doctor having three people in my family with epilepsy. Asking us to take videos of my daughter's seizures because he did not believe us. Also asked him to do blood work to check medication levels in her system and was refused. He just raised her dosage of medication with no further testing. Stay away from this doctor absolutely awful.

Years ago, Dr. Thalakoti was a caring and compassionate physician. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with as well. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case (caring & compassionate and easy to work with, that is). The office manager is the most unprofessional individual I have ever met in healthcare. Stay away from this practice. I mean far, far away.

The office has drastically changed recently. The fairly new nurse is difficult to deal with and rude in her presentation. Dr. Thalakoti is no longer the caring and compassionate physician he once was, nor does he feel the need to deliver “patient centered care.” Dr. Thalakoti claims, “He is the doctor and he makes the decisions.” He does not include the parent in the decision making process. He and he alone decides what is best for your child. Stay away from this practice.

I am really not happy with this office at all. They refuse to ever answer there phones ever!!! On top of it, it s really hard to get in for appointments. We couldn t find what floor the office was on and it doesn t say online. We were late because they wouldn t answer there phones then they refused to see us because we were 18 mins late. There was not one person in the office and was even willing to wait. Parking is horrible. It s very hard to find a parking spot. We already found a new doctor and we won t ever be back.
