Excellent experience here! Kind, knowledgeable and supportive staff with well-equipped, clean facility. I was glad to have been rehabilitated here but also a little sad to leave this place—it had become part of some of my favorite days of week twice a week for about 5 months. Limped in but left much stronger. Janis, who runs front desk/billing is great also—very professional, kind and helpful. Anna is very smart, sweet and sympathetic. Grayson is sharp, methodical and effective—at first I felt like she was pushing me too hard but ultimately realized it was what I needed at time. I am horrible with names but their apprentice is also very intelligent, funny and will be great (hopefully addition to their staff) as therapist soon too. Highly recommend this place! Also, if you are selecting a PT facility for elderly relative I would definitely recommend for young or older too—saw staff work very patiently and persistently with many seniors, teens as well as intellectually disabled patients.

The physical therapists at Star Therapy Hendersonville are highly skilled, and fine-tuned my therapy, based on my changing needs and challenges. They were patient and understanding and encouraged me through my 12 weeks of therapy. They met all my expectations. I highly recommend them.

The Staff was amazing!!

Excellent! Cody is a great therapist. He's kind but encourages you to push yourself. I like that I have the same therapist every time.
