Professional, caring and in this time of Covid19 Dr Stefanie and her staff work extra hard to keep everyone safe. I can't say enough good things about LIfetime Vision Center. Customer for 25 years, they sent me cards for annual checkup, scheduled appointment for 10 days later, told them I still had same insurance. They called 2 days before to remind me. So took off work early and drove to Grundy Center for the appointment. The minute I walked in they told me they did not take my insurance anymore!! They could have told me before that time to save me the trip and trouble ahead of time as they had opportunity. Turned and walked out!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
