I searched high and low and have tried many private programs focused on women, but Steph is unlike any other health and fitness expert out there. I am a super busy professional, and am still amazed at the results I was able to achieve with Steph's guidance. Highly recommend!

Stephanie is one of a kind. Steph is hands down the best personal trainer and life coach in Chicago. I've worked with her two separate times in the last four years. She has a unique style of pairing exercise and confidence coaching. As far as the personal training, Steph has a great efficient way of training. She combines strength training with short bursts of cardio intervals so we were always maximizing our time together. I have never had as much endurance as the times I've trained with Steph (and I have had a number of personal trainers in Chicago.) She also ends every session with yoga-stretching and yoga-breathing, which is great. She tailored the program specifically to my needs and it has been extremely helpful. She is definitely worth the money. Her programs are very high quality. Her approach to confidence building, valuing oneself, goal-setting, etc. is very innovative and has created long-lasting results in my life!
