My wife had a severe and increasing need for medical care in Dr. Heird's specialty. Without going into personal details, our experience there was eminently satisfying for the immediate and the long term. The doctor and all of the support staff here performed with excellence. 5 stars are all deserved.

The whole experience was very positive. I feel like they listened and really heard my concerns. The staff is wonderful and feel like they should train other physician offices in patient care.

Clear explanation of procedures and diagnosis

Dr. Heird was very detail oriented and thorough in his assessments, and then the surgical procedure I received. He and the staff are very friendly and professional. Office visits run on time, which often does not happen with many providers....definite plus in my book!
