In July 12, 2019 I started with Varicose to IMperfect private practice. After few preliminaries I saw a pattern of unprofessional behavior. These patterns included dragging hours of visits, doubled ultrasound, drawing extra tubes of blood, etc. In addition, they inflate their number of visits, prescribe expensive medication (paid out of patients pocket), etc. finally, I caught up with their games. They do it in 360-fashion to compensate for discounted rate the insurance reimburse them. What a scam! Him and the staff are ALL in it. I do not trust these people a bit; sorry to say.

if there was a ranking less than 1 - like -500, I would have given it to this practice and ALL the staffs. These people are INCOMPETENT and LIARS.

After a surgical procedure I experienced an unexpected complication. The doctor does not concern himself to answer your calls after hours. The second day of calling and leaving several messages resulted in a return call. Calls to his office staff with concerning complications also reflected the same lack of concern. A call about particular pain I was having was made at 9 AM. The front desk personnel was to relay the message to clinical staff. A second call at 2PM resulted in an answer to my questions. I had high hopes for this practice. You probably have better choices

Waited over an hour and a half for appointment and walked out the door. My appointment was at 3:30 (was told to arrive 15 minutes early as it was my first appointment) and walked out the door at 5 without being seen. The office closes at 4 but this seemed a regular occurance to the staff. No one had the courtesy to tell me they were behind or give me a call to reschedule. Unsympathetic staff...I did not stick around to see how they treat patients. Wasted a half day off work. Would not recommend

Office staff is incompetent

Appointment for procedure was at 11:30 (we were to arrive at 10:30). They called to say they were running two hours behind (first thing in the morning and you are already two hours behind???). Another call to delay the appointment by another hour. Now we were told to arrive at 1:30. A 30 to 45 minute procedure and we didn't get out of there until 5:00. It is totally unacceptable that the medical profession has no respect for anyone else's time. We both took the entire day off from work. Their mo
