I've been a patient of Dr. Koul's for several years. He joined a previous doctor's practice before taking it over. Before I became his patient, I was looking for another doctor, because the other one wasn't a good fit for me. Dr. is competent, experienced, and compassionate. I have some chronic conditions and have also had numerous surgeries and medical crises. I feel completely safe in his capable hands and would highly recommend him. My husband's doctor is retiring soon, and Dr. Koul will be his doctor too. His staff is top notch. A previous comment mentioned a staff member who they were not happy with. If it's the person I think it is, they no longer work there. His nurse, Sandy, his PA Cory, and his receptionist Heather are all great. I'm very satisfied with the care I receive.

Dr. Koul is my primary physician. He is always willing to listen, knows my medical history, and has always taken very good care of me, including my chronic health issues. His staff is competent and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Having been a patient of his since 2019, I can honestly say he is the most inattentive Doctor Ive ever had. He and his staff have absolutely no sense of urgency to fill out ANY paperwork in a timley fashion resulting in repeated denials of disability benefits for me as a patient in need. Also, his “office visit notes” are completely fabricated to make himself look like he has done something but nothing is further than the truth which he hides very well. Office personnel is seemingly uninterested in how the patient feels or has concerns of. But he was QUICK to apply for and get a PPP loan during the 1st month of the Coronavirus pandemic. You can clearly see what his motivation is and its NOT the patients. I wouldn't recommend him at ANY of his alleged 6 locations.

They don't answer the phone or call u back!!! 0! Worst place to go to!

I would NEVER recommend Dr. Koul to anyone. He has a horrible bedside manner, he's judgemental, rude, and those are the nicest things I can say. The wait is always ridiculously long, his secretary is horrible too . I'm filing a grievance with this Dr.
