Dr. Terri has taken care of my husband and myself since we moved here in 2006. I have had gerd and gut issues for a long time. She listens and is concerned about how you are doing and feeling. If she doesn’t have answers for you then she will run appropriate tests to find out what is going on. Sometimes the office is crazy and the girls may not seem too attentive but understand that Dr. Terri built her own place with her partner Doctors because they are so busy. They even have their own Surgical/clinic for procedures which makes it so much easier for us when we need to have a procedure done. It cost less too! The Doctors there are very good at what they do, if you need the next level of care they will refer you to the next level of Doctor. I trust her, her knowledge and integrity, and her referrals.

I have been a patient of Dr. Terri Blackstock for a number of years and found her and her office staff to be extremely competent and professional. While certain procedures are not fun nor pleasant she is consistently able to make one feel comfortable and at ease. Her bedside manner makes a patient feel as though you are the only patient she is seeing. I would highly recommend her skills as well.

She is one of the few who still makes daily hospital calls. Just love her!

Dr. Black stock has performed EGD and colonoscopy for me and colonoscopy for my husband. The procedures went well with no bad effects. Follow up is great also. I have recommended her to several friends.

After reading the previous review I was hesitant to follow through and have my doctor make an appointment. However, my better judgement took over and I decided that one dissatified customer's opinion should not rule my actions. I am very glad I chose to ignore the negative feedback. Some folks do not understand that medicine and the way it is administered by our primary care and specialty docs has changed. I found Dr. Blackstock's staff to be efficient, polite and professional. It was my initial visit and I did not see the doctor, but then I did not expect to. Her competent assistant, Brent did a thorough job in getting the details of my current problem. I would not hesitate to consider his consult advice as valuable and necessary to my health and well being. I never felt cheated that I did not see Dr. Blackstock at the initial visit. That will happen later. A subsequent procedure has been scheduled and I have no doubt that it will be a positive process. I will be meeting with the doctor after the procedure is performed and a final diagnosis has been reached. Since I did not actually meet Dr. Blackstock, my positive comments on bedside manner, etc. refer to my initial impression of her assistant Brent and the Office staff.

The problem is not the doctor but the staff. I received a letter from her office that it was time for a checkup. I have been trying since May 17, 2021 to get an appointment but the nurse will not return my call. I have called 4 times but get no call back. I do not want to find another doctor. I have a lot of trust and respect in Dr. Blackstock but I can't get an appointment even after they sent me a letter telling me it was time for a checkup. If this review is being monitored please let Dr. Blackstock know I need help with my problem. Thank You for any assistance you can give.
