Great rehab

Love everything and everyone at The Lab! I am so grateful to the entire team and community here. Don’t know what I would do without my weekly workouts, cryo sessions, PT, and recovery that is offered. Endless thanks to everyone that makes it all possible! The Lab is a part of my lifestyle and a continued commitment to myself to show up, stay active, and be healthy!

Very professional, and they have quite a facility. I went in for cryotherapy and plan to come back for training. Wish they had better hours, but great place. Very reasonable.

I have tried a few services at The Lab and they have all been excellent. I return regularly, however, for Jill Martin's yoga class. It is difficult to explain precisely how unique and powerful her classes are. Jill is able to make each and every client feel loved and taken care of. Even for first time clients, and especially for regular clients, she adjust and adapts classes to meet everyone's unique physical needs while maintaining a consistent flow of instruction to make sure each person feels comfortable and confident in what they are doing.  Jill has deep knowledge of anatomy and helps each client maintain proper form and alignment to improve their posture and stance even beyond the class session. She offers many options and provides adjustments without ever breaking flow. Her music is relaxing and motivating. Her words are soothing yet laced with subtle humor. Taking her class in the middle of the day resets my body and soul.

I don't know what I would do without The Lab! My running performance post children is in a place I could not have imagined without The Lab. The maintenance and recovery program I get from The Lab is a huge part of me staying healthy and injury free!

-221 degrees Fahrenheit ...Awesome! I accompanied my wife for her 1st session and had no idea what it was all about. She had heard about it, researched it, and knew ALL about it so when she found out that there was a new place here in SB she immediately had to try it. She's suffered from chronic pain/inflammation due to several bad accidents in her past and has not been able to alleviate her pain. She Loved her session and after watching her do a 3 minute session I thought it looked pretty cool (pun intended) and decided to try it too. I'm recovering from a partially torn rotator cuff gym injury which is still pretty sore and I have to say that it felt amazingly better after the treatment (and for about 3-4 hours after). I took some literature from the place when we left and was amazed at all the different health aspects associated with it. While we were there a former UCSB star & NBA player whom my wife knew walked in for a treatment and said that he always goes when he is in town. I'm going back again today for my 2nd session out of 3 in the package. Definitely Not inexpensive but may be worth it if it helps my wife with her chronic pain/inflammation.
