Tom Anderson was definitely the best doctor that I have ever seen, which was a pleasant surprise considering that I haven't had the best experiences at urgent care in the past. He was very attentive, asked the right questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Not only did he give me great input/medical advice but he also went above and beyond to help me out with a situation that I didn't know how to handle. He was exactly the person I needed to see at the time and I would recommend him to everyone. I wish he was my primary care doctor!

Phenomenal doctor. Every time I've come in to Sansum Clinic's Urgent Care, I've kept my fingers crossed that he's working that day. He is kind, polite, listens, & always finds a way to cheer you up if you're feeling down or anxious about whatever health issue you're in about. I can truly tell that he wants to help his patients and cares about his work. He makes his patients feel comfortable.

I saw Dr. Anderson in Urgent Care at Pesetas. From the moment he walked into the room, I knew that I was in good hands. He was wonderful: reassuring, caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Anderson expressed interest in me as a person and struck a perfect balance of medical professionalism and just plain humanity. He was funny, warm, interested in how I was. Truly interested. The x-ray technician and I agreed that he was a phenomenal doctor for those reasons. A sweetheart who will help you!

Tom was sooo great! He asked more questions about myself than just what symptoms I was experiencing. He got to know me in the short time that we met, which made me feel comfortable to ask an embarrassing question about one of the symptoms that I was experiencing, which I might not have asked should he have not made me feel so comfortable. He was able to answer my question which relieved my anxiety and he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about it at all. Tom is great and I would highly recommend him!

I don't normally post reviews, but almost 2 years ago, I came down with a particularly bad case of mono, further complicated by strep throat. I saw Dr. Anderson repeatedly and he seemed to genuinely care more than anyone else I had seen at the time. My family was out of town, so it was nice to have someone so caring as a doctor. I even asked him if he could be my regular physician - he couldn't since he worked at Sansum Urgent Care. I would highly recommend him!
