EXCELLENT! Dr. Nguyen LISTENS intently, shows COMPASSION, is VERY SMART, and is NOT arrogant. It seemed like all the great and CARING Drs in my past had aged and retired, thankfully now we know that is not so. DR. NGUYEN is absolutely the VERY BEST. He has and is successfully helping me with Rheumatoid Arthritis. The Everett Clinic was not a facility I had considered (was mostly unknown to me) however I’ll be forever grateful to the patient who referred me to this doctor. The staff here is great too.

Dr. Nguyen is a professional and brilliant physician. He not only takes the time to listen and evaluate the patient, he carefully explains all concerns he sees. He is a compassionate and knowledgeable physician leaving the patient to feel an experience that they are in very qualified hands.

A rare combination; a doctor who really knows his specialty and LISTENS VERY WELL. Doctor Nguyen is such a doctor Arthritis specialist. Any and every time I tried to explain my symptoms to Dr Nguyen, he stopped what he was doing and intently listened. He then used his knowledge to explain in simple terms what those symptoms might mean and how to test, treat, and alleviate those symptoms. With his knowledge, he immediately voiced his suspicion about with my knee. He was the 3rd doctor who I had been to about my knee, and the other two did not lead me to the correct diagnosis. He provided a test plan to verify his suspicion, offered to make extra after-hours time available to be able to test his suspicion, and was ultimately proved correct. My knee is doing better than it has for a year now!

Dr. Nguyen was my first and only rheumatologist. I've heard horror stories from other folks and I realize my find has been very lucky. He is great....takes time to explain things, doesn't have a long wait time, listens to concerns, and is genuinely interested in the overall well-being of his patients. The nurse, Holly, is amazing, as well!

Dr Nguyen has the right mix of friendliness, curiosity, compassion, intelligence, and knowledge as a physician. Of the dozens of doctors I've seen over the decades, I consider him the best.

Dr. Nguyen has always been very knowledgeable about my condition. His bedside manner is great. He speaks clearly and explains things thoroughly. I couldn't ask for more from my rheumatologist. His staff is first class also. Everyone seems to truly care and want to help. The building is always clean and I never feel uncomfortable in the waiting area. 5 stars well deserved in my opinion.

DR.Nguyen is very nice. He really listens when you are speaking to him and he speaks to you in an easy to understand way but like you are an equal. He is trying very hard to figure out my issues and get me out of pain and up and moving again.
