Everyone was very polite. The lady that checks you in was as sweet as can be I'm sorry I forgot her name. Dr. Tim Edmisten is a great doctor and explains everything to you so you can understand what is going on and is very patient if you have lots of questions which I did. His nurse June also is wonderful she makes you feel very comfortable .Beth who checks you in is wonderful very friendly and so is Dr. Edmisten. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I are both patients.

My husband had him for a colonoscopy. We were very pleased with him.

In my opinion Doctor Tim Edmisten is a "Great, Caring, and Understanding Doctor in Boone, NC" I went to him for difficulty in swallowing problem and through his battery of tests including scans, CT scans, Pet scans, and other tests and through all of these tests he found the beginnings of lung cancer and pneumonia in the bottom of my right lung and now I am in treatment for lung cancer at the Cancer Center Boone NC. Without all of Doctor Edmiston's tests and investigations I would never have known that I had cancer in my right lung. As far as I am concerned he is a top doctor in North Carolina and I love him...

Dr. Edmisten is not only one of the best surgeons I have ever known, he is also a kind and caring individual who takes a sincere interest in the welfare of his patients. After one surgery a few years ago which took place on a Friday, he called me at home the next day to see how I was doing. I will never forget his kindness and concern.

I had a very difficult time in surgery and when the doctor came out he gave my husband 10 seconds of his time to explain what happened to me and what they had to do. My husband said he had the worse bedside manor. Never explained about what to expect after the surgery either was not prepared.
