Todd Horn

I've never waited more than 10min. He explains things in detail. Keeps me well informed. Answers all my questions in detail. His staff on the other hand is not very helpful. I don't know if he is aware of it though. I overlook that because he is such a great doctor.

Dr Horn is the best Gastroenterologist I have seen out of different Gastroenterologist's in the Kentucky area. He cares about your health & doesn't stop till he gets to the bottom of your problem - and....fixes it! He listens to my concerns & gives me answers to them. However, when you call his office, it's almost like jumping thru hoops to get them to answer the phone or call you back. Then when you talk to a few of the office staff, I have found them to be short with you & give you the assumption that you're a bother to them. I have had an urgent problem I need an answer to for (2) two days now & was told they would call me back - I'm still waiting!!!!! I don't think Dr Horn is aware of his office staff's insufficient behavior toward patients.

I was never able to get in touch with anyone, even after leaving several voicemails on different extensions. They've never called me back with results for any of my scans or procedures. I'm very irritated with this office.

Have left three voice mails in the past two weeks attempting to get an appointment with NO response.
