Dr. Hool has been my doctor for a few years prior to this location and has always been thorough in her examinations. I switched locations due to her being such a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Kalpana Hool was recommended to me by my oncologist. I have found her to be very professional and caring. I recommend her highly.

They don't keep accurate records, I changed my PCP over nine months ago and they haven't corrected the issue the medication list they have on file for me is totally incorrect. And these medical professionals are trained how?

Horrible experience!STAY AWAY Made an appointment for my annual check up. Dr. Hool talked with me as if he is interviewing then without even touching me said she is done. She didn't check my lungs, my heart beat, my ears, etc. just talking and asking stupid questions. When I asked if I can have my pap on my annual visit she said she is not ready for that and I have to make s deprecate appointment!!!!! I don't know what she needed to get ready for Then I asked if I can at least have my blood work done and she said yes, and crate an order for me. When I went to their lab room the staff had no clue what they were doing and then they told me they can't take my blood because it is 4:15 now and my insurance doesn't cover blood test after 4:15 pm!!!!!! I wasted 1.5 of my life in that office for nothing.
