Huge shout out to Hermitage hospital. I came to you with sepsis final stages in your observation unit. Summit Observation unit came to the rescue like knights in shining scrubs. They fought for my life with the urgency of a dragon slayer, and their quick action probably saved me —sepsis in full rage mode. My heart rate plummeted to 50, and I wondered if I’d be making a grand exit, but my nurse Judy Meals , a true guardian angel, fought tooth and nail—and even bargained for a special bed suited for my size, because, let’s face it, not all hospitals are created equal. Then my other hero was Jaimie Raymond along with everyone on that team including Bonnie that spoiled me with chocolate pudding when was sad.
my kidneys are back to their normal groove, and my white blood count is doing the happy dance. The Summit team did an incredible job fighting for me—and I owe them my life. Cheers to the real heroes in scrubs and disease infection team for getting me to health. Thank you
