Great office!

My sister and I have severe allergies. And we each saw Dr. Lorraine Anderson separately without knowing it at first. And she practices medicine with kindness. She explained everything thoroughly, helped me understand allergies and symptoms, and provided thorough patient education. I definitely recommend her.

Great office I was seen quickly also Dr Anderson was also very nice and understanding she really took the time and care to make sure I get the right treatment I didn't feel any anxiety during my visit which doesn't happen often.

Regarding Dr. Lorraine Anderson. Yes, she does look at the computer and take notes. This is a very good thing. She is actually listening, taking notes, and looking at your past medical records. She is efficient, not cold. I went to her because my allergist had retired. She was disturbed that my allergist had left without giving me any information about how to continue my treatment. She does care. After doing allergy testing, she shared my joy at seeing that I no longer had the allergies I had years ago. But, to be cautious, she ordered blood tests to confirm. Great experience with Dr. Lorraine Anderson. She is direct to the point and no nonsense, but also very thorough and caring about the patient. She takes thorough notes and then follows-up as well. Very refreshing experience.

I saw Dr. Andrew Pham today for the first time. I'm a physician myself, so I know a lot of reviews are from disgruntled patients - many because of billing issues. Dr. Pham was courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He offered a rational preliminary diagnosis and a plan for treatment and further testing. That is all a patient can expect. I haven't gotten the bill yet, I'm sure it will be massive. This has little to do with Dr. Pham himself, but is a symptom of our dysfunctional health care system.

I liked Dr Anderson and would like to describe why she earned my respect. My case included an undiagnosed allergy to dust mites which although microns small are pervasive. This explained my almost constant post nasal drip Dr Anderson and her nurse administered the skin test to make this determination. She also discovered that I am not allergic to penicillin as my grandmother who raised me feared due to a pediatric rash. The reason this false positive is important is that for years as an adult I marked my medical records as allergic to penicillin. This as Dr Anderson pointed out restricted me from a very efficacious group of drugs. I like her no nonsense point of view. She carefully read my other UCLA records including pulmonary I give her an A for efficient intelligent helpfulness. I also believe she is a warm if busy human being. I will continue to see her for any allergy needs. I would urge readers who suffer to get allergy tested if you have any doubts

I highly recommend Dr. Kellie Lim. She has excellent bedside manner. When she saw me she was extremely thorough in her questioning of the history of my allergies, asthma, and connection between certain illnesses I’ve had in the past with my present situation. She was also able to identify a potential immune system problem and do a full workup. This is unlike any other doctor I’ve seen in my lifetime including Duke University Hospital and Yale University Hospital. Her ability to critically think and synthesize the whole picture together based on a lifetime of information is truly amazing. She will be my doctor as long as she is in practice. Your allergy and asthma issues will definitely be managed well under her care. I am a registered nurse and this is a legitimate review.
