UNI Urgent Care

Went with my husband on a Friday night. Front desk, MA, and Doc were all so pleasant. They quickly addressed my husband’s concern of chest pain and proceeded with an EKG as soon as they listened to his complaints. They were quick to take action, they were polite, they were concerned, and gave instructions on next steps. Good experience! Thanks to them, we didn’t have to wait in an ER for hours on end and got some resolution.

Staff was great. Very professional. Was explained the wait for rapid covid testing up front and their procedure was very efficient for as busy as they were the day I was there. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Yesterday was my second time at this location, and both times I have received exceptional service. The nurse (possibly a PA, Im not sure) was SO kind and sweet. The doctor was equally friendly; she has been the doctor on duty both times I have gone, and shes really phenomenal. The whole staff makes it a great experience (especially when youre feeling sick) and Ive never waited more than 1520 mins to be seen. I will always go here and recommend it to everyone!

Background: Im in the medical field, working while studying for my MLEs. I have a 2 yo who I brought in because he was unable to move his L arm after pickingup from daycare. Now, I try to be levelheaded when it comes to my 2 yo, other than routine checkups to his pediatrician, I fortunately have not felt the need for urgent care. Anyway, staff were friendly and prompt. NPs were thorough. Most importantly, they were patient. On both times I went. I try not to be one of those fussy moms, but with a toddler that cant be specific, I wanted to make sure there werent any broken bones esp without me knowing if there was trauma or not. So, thank you KC, Mia, Lisa and all the ladies reception and vitals for the empathy, and peopleoriented service.

Went in completely sick, and visiting from across the country, and they went above and beyond any urgent care service I have ever been to. I had the stomach flu and was vomiting and dehydrated and the nurse sat there and rubbed my back until my vomiting spells were done, just to make sure that I was okay. They genuinely care about you, they always check up on you, try to make you smile, get to know you, and give you whatever you need to feel better. I would recommend them to anyone, really, go and see them. You will not regret it.

as a healthcare provider who knows what to ask and what to look for, I feel that  UNI did an excellent job of listening to me, the patient, and took into consideration my unusual condition. They were calm, the place was spotless. The wait was brief (15 minutes) which was fortunate. The support /nursing staff were patient and understanding about how really crummy i was feeling. The MD who examined and was unable discern exactly what was causing 105 fever (negative for flu and strep) and took a chest xray recommended i go to the ER, which I did with all the papers and Xray in hand. It was a good call, for the ER MD there agreed my case was odd and i was advised appropriately. I stayed at the ER for about 8 hours, observations etc , then turned loose to go home with the prescriptions needed to help me get better. Overall , for non complicated urgent issues, this lace was good and I recommend it.
