Been going to unity for years would not go any place different been going to unity from 1996 to present

I have been a client with Unity for 30 years and the only complaint that I MIGHT have is the turnover of physicians and I do believe the turnover is due to the limitations of health care insurance. There are many services that can help the public if the insurance would pay for it. The physicians are reduced to finding other ways in which to provide quality healthcare and many of those are in place to enhance big pharma industries. If I could maintain good health without taking a zillion pills and not paying through the nose to keep it , it would be an ideal world. So I have no complaints with Unity, I am totally grateful for the job that is being done in an effort to help me live longer. Im just saying.

Unity Health Care Park Side is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came here for a walk in this morning 02/23/2020 and the system was down . When the system came back up, I was brought to the back and the nursing assistant did not know how to take my blood pressure. She had to start over twice. She also went on to tell me I had to come back to have a low risk surgery release form filled out . My wisdom teeth are hurting NOW. The NEXT available appointment is in a month. The FORM takes 2 minutes to fill out . This location looks for any REASON to turn you away .

Customer Service training at the Minnesota Ave LOCATION

Do not come here. I had a friend go to Unity Healthcare and the Howard County Health Department reached out to them because Unity Health on Minnesota Ave gave them the wrong medication dosage. The Health Department has not been able to get a hold of anyone to further investigate.
