My husband was sent here for a workplace injury. The appointments are booked every 15 minutes, so the wait time is outrageous. The staff is rude, and doctor is incompetent. The doctor only works one day a week, and forgot to write PT in his orders, so now he is a month post injury and can't get his PT started. We've called and asked the doctor to correct the error, however the staff makes excuses and refuses to contact the doctor regarding the mistake. Substandard medical care.
