I have been a patient of Reno Orthopedic Center for many years. All of my medical issues: spinal stenosis, torn rotator cuff, and other issues have always been handled quickly, competently and allowed me to be pain free. I cannot thank everyone I have been treated by at ROC enough for the care and level of service I have received.

I was diagnosed with severe spinal stenosis and my PCP sent me to Dr. Goz. He wanted to do less invasive treatments before resorting to surgery. After those didn't work, he suggested a lower lumbar laminectomy. He carefully explained the steps of the surgery, he talked about the risks involved due to my age and medical conditions. He also talked about what recovery would be like. He told me the surgery would not get rid of all the pain as I also have arthritis. I felt well informed by Dr. Goz and I made the decision to get the surgery which was scheduled for 2 weeks away. After the surgery, I had a couple of difficult days but after that, I was in less pain than before the surgery. My recovery went well. Am I pain free? No. However my back is significantly better than it has been in years. I am so grateful to Dr. Goz and his team. They truly care about their patients and have followed up to make sure my recovery was on course. Unfortunately, a few weeks after this post, I ruptured a disc and a couple of areas Dr. Goz had been watching degenerated further. On March 27, I went back into surgery and had a fusion and a couple more laminectomies. I wasn't too surprised a spinal stenosis has affected many of my family members including my mother, my sister and one of my nephews, all of whom had surgeries. Dr. Goz and his staff made sure I understood all of my options and what could go wrong with each of them. We came to the conclusion that surgery was my best option. This surgery would be much more involved with a longer, more difficult recovery. The surgery went well and I can't tell you how supportive Dr. Goz and his staff have been, especially his PA-C, Anna Kasper. I highly recommend Dr.Goz and his staff to anyone who has spine issues. I would give them more stars if it was possible.

Dr. Goz and his assistant, Anna Kasper PA-S, provided me with the most excellent care. After suffering in so much pain for so long and not being able to stand upright at times, I faced my worst fear and underwent spinal surgery. I couldn’t be more grateful for the professional and total care I received. I was especially thankful for the pain management I received post-op. Thank you Dr. Goz and Anna.💕

I feel percent confident in my Doctor and his treatment plan for me. Always ask if I have question and takes his time with me.

Very comfortable with both Dr. Goz and his staff. They were always willing to listen and give me straightforward answers to any questions I may have had. I'm on my way to a good recovery from surgery.

Dr Goz is a fantastic surgeon. I am glad I picked him out as my doctor. Constant pain for years is now mostly a memory.

Been waiting for a long time to get spinal correction surgery on my back and now everything is finally coming together thank goodness for Dr Goz told me what I needed to get healthy enough for my surgery and with hard work and determination I finally did it looking forward to Surgery in June.

On January 3rd I had L-4 -S1 Laminectomy and L-5 - S1 partial discectomy. Before surgery I had numbness down my left leg and could only stand a few minutes before I would be in horrible pain, thanks to Dr Goz I am pain and numb free, working out again and very much looking forward to getting out this summer with my family finally!! Thank You Dr Goz and your staff ( which are all amazing ) for everything you do!!!!!!!
