Dr Weber and “T” in the office have been derelict in their response to scheduling my nuclear stress test. I cancelled my original early June appointment due to Covid. 1 hour before my rescheduled 10/9/20 appointment (4 months later), I received a call from “T” who told me there was an insurance issue because Dr Weber had not reissued the medical approval to my provider. She said Dr Weber hadn’t answered her emails, but she would surely follow him up that day & get back to me. Never heard back, I called on 10/15/20. “T” said Dr Weber still hadn’t answered her emails. I asked, “are you in the same building”? She answered “yes”, but, as of this writing, I still haven’t heard back from either “T” or Dr Weber. At this point, I am considering looking for a new cardiologist. UPDATE: subsequently Dr Weber contacted me and we quickly resolved the issue. He was responsive and informative, telling me about the insurance issue. We came up with a plan to have a regular stress test first with a followup visit. The office called me within 1 hour to schedule these appointments.
