Very pleasant staff. Everything was done on time. Wonderful nursing staffknowledgeable and willing to share information that was allowed to be relayed to me. The OR and recovery room staff 😍. Dr Smith’s OR assistant spoke such kind and complementary about Dr. Smith allaying all presurgical apprehension. The last thing I remembered after he wheeled me into the OR was asking him the time 725 am next memory was waking up in Recovery. Best thing ever. I marvel at the whole process.I’m totally pleased with my visit to this hospital and so far my recovery is going better than I anticipated.Thank you Dr. Smith and nurse Kim and the entire VRH staff. Thank you

Exceptional They went over and beyond to fit me into their schedule for a stress test so I could set up my liver cancer surgery

As I was waiting to pick up family from the hospital I noticed the valet Rick going in my opinion above and beyond his job requirements. In one case a gentlemen who needed assistance drove into the front of the hospital. Rick opened the door for him provided a wheelchair and proceeded to wheel him into the hospital and then parked his car. What a great impression this made on me for those people coming into the hospital and being greeted in such a manner. Kudos to Rick.

The experience was really great.the staff was always not far away when i needed them.even with alot of patients they were helpful and very kind.they were always wonderful. They made my stay there very delightful.the food was great. My compliements.she was so kind as well.they answered all my questions. They told me every step of what they were doing.the doctors very very great as well.they told me every step and also answered my questions. The hospital is very clean. Overall my stay was really great. 2 thumbs up.staff is wonderful. Keep up the great work.

I was pleasantly surprised. We heard the rumors about the hospital but it was the only available facility for my husbands knee replacement. The nursing staff was wonderful We had Donna and she was fantastic. Everyone was extremely professional and made us feel very welcome. The PT staff was great as well. Way to go 4th flor ACU I would go back again

I commend the doctors and healthcare professionals for doing what they do.I was diagnosed with covid yes I was vaccinated and these professionals did everything to get me back to being healthy in 4 days the drug ren was a game changer for meThank you all of you for everything you doPlease stay safe

The best experience Ive ever had in a hospital. Had blood draw for lab work... No pain what so ever the phlebotomist I had was hands down the very best. Everyone there is top notch. Went back a week later to have hardware removed from lower leg. Again the professionalism and courtesy of the entire staff feels like a red carpet was rolled out. From entry to exit just a wonderful experience...... Thank you to each and every one of you involved in my treatment.

Was in fir colonoscopy no problems at all. Everyone involved did great job couldnt be more pleased👍😇
