Vijaya has become the poster boy of comanche's cardiology department. He's always recording advertisements that are filmed like public service announcements for kswo. They're designed to scare seniors into generating more business, nothing more. My experience with Vijaya was poor.

Just look at his pedigree and you can get an idea of how poor his training was. It is not impossible for IMGs to get ranked residencies. It was actually easier in the 1980s and 1990s. He more than likely tanked his Step exams. And it shows.

Dr. Velury attempted to push Hindu beliefs onto me by passing them off as medicine. I get that meditation and yoga are secular practices now, but to recommend Hindu organizations and espouse things like a vegetarian diet for metaphysical reasons crosses the line.

According to his documented prescribing patterns, he preferentially prescribes Eli Lilly drugs. Only go to Dr. Velury if you do not mind taking Eli Lilly drugs without exploring all options.
