Great location—perfect if you enjoy dining, shopping, or having plenty to do nearby. The parking garage is less than a one-minute walk, which made finding Warby Parker quick and easy—especially since I’m new to the area (my last exam was in Baltimore, Maryland). While you’re waiting, the surrounding area offers plenty to explore. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident trusting them with my vision care. Thank you for such a great first visit!

Very satisfied with the help I received on an adjustment that needed to be made on my glasses. Because of a slight flaw on the frame, they are making another and even allowed me a recheck with the doctor at no charge. Very friendly and helpful to make it right.

From the first step in until you get your prescription done, I have never had more excellent shopping experience. From the reception, seeing a technician to the doctor and final sales person. They know their business, although savvy in their specific areas , they are open to solve any doubt. Also prices are fair, if that info will get you to a yes. Témo at Hyde Park was so amazing at helping me choose new eyeglasses. I came in looking for oval glasses and he recommended a pair that were super cute and fit my face perfectly. Témo was super informed and answered all my questions. Overall the employees in store were all very lovely and friendly. Will 100% recommend this location to anyone looking to get new glasses. :)
