Wenchun Qu

I had a stem procedure performed on my spine by Dr. Qu. It was nothing short of a miracle. He and his staff are amazing.

Excellent doctor. Very smart, very kind, and very capable. Helped me so much. Get rid of your pain---go see Dr. Qu.

Dr. Qu appears hurried and apathetic. He interrupts you when you are describing your symptoms and does not look at the pain sheet that you completed prior to the appointment. He appears to have not looked at your chart before he comes in the room and does not complete any assessments while seeing you. So, I’m not sure if he understands my situation or medical needs. The wait time to see Dr. Qu are long and between the time you call and the injections, 10 weeks have passed, all the while, he left me in pain and with no treatment or medication. He refers you back to your Primary Care Doctor for increases in Neurontin and my Primary Care Doctor gives me Oxycodone, which I do not want and obviously cannot take during the daytime. All I want is a treatment that works to control my pain so that I can live a normal life. I would suggest a different pain doctor because Dr. Qu does not seem to have an interest in treating my pain.

Had exploratory back surgery 3 months prior to seeing him for a pre op appointment before seeing the actual surgeon to have a L3-L4-L5 fusion done. He diagnosis me with chronic back pain & recommends physical therapy, for possibly up to 2 years.

Wouldn't recommend this doctor. I drove 12 hours to see him only to be told that nothing in my MRI's could explain the reasons for my pain. It seemed pretty obvious that he hadn't reviewed my records before scheduling this appointment. He was unwilling to listen to what I had to say, and very dismissive. No help at all, and in a rush to get out. Save your time and money, and skip this doctor.
