Dr. Williams’s personal dedication to her work is remarkable. My children have seen her off and on since infancy, as well as my sister’s twins. Big bonus: she’s a mom herself, so her advice doesn’t come strictly from textbooks. The world could use more pediatricians like her.

I have known many children's doctors and liked each one, however; Wendy Williams has been the best. She cares about the kids and about the parents.She eases the worry for parents by giving 100% of herself 24/7. When our babies are sick we worry. We want their discomfort seen to and cared for, immediately. We want our questions answered. Wendy Williams dedication to her profession and to her patients is excellent and comforting. If you bring your child to her, you will not be disappointed. She cares for all 3 of my grandchildren and has never disappointed this family. She is what every children's doctor should strive to be.

Dr Williams is the best dr my son ever had. He is very comfortable with her and she is a sweetheart. Her nurse is amazing, she will go above and beyond for your child. However you can't call directly to the office which is a inconvenience for me. The operator keeps transferring me to a answering service in Spanish. I don't speak spanish a

Love the DR. Wendy Williams. She's amazing. However, just to schedule an appt you'll be on hold for 15-20 mins! and the receptionists are not very friendly.

The Doc Williams is EXCELLENT but the receptionists are the WORST unprofessional ppl i have ever dealt with. Everytome I need an appointment I have to vome in person. Not to mention that you need to keep all receipts because they will come in handy.

While the actions and responsibilities of being a pediatric doctor are on point, trying to get in touch with the office is almost impossible. Every time I call or attempt to call, I either can't get a answer or get shuffled around.

Customer service here is horrible their phone system is a nightmare it takes me days to actually get a refill on a routine prescription i love dr williams but I'm very close to finding a new dr to go to due to what i have to go through everytime just to make an appt or to get a medication refill
