William Boedefeld II

Dr. Boedefeld is a very personable man with excellent people skills. Luckily for me, his surgical skills are just as good. I dreaded this CABG surgery because of my observations of post-operative suffering experienced by both of my parents and some other relatives in the past. To my surprise, my post-operative pain was not only bearable but easily manageable. His staff is very helpful and provided good educational materials.

Best surgeon and good bedside manner

Dr. Boedefeld is the best of the best. His staff is incredible. He listens to you and takes the time to explain everything. I really believe that he saved my life.

My mom had a very hard heart surgery 1.5 years ago and Dr. Boedefeld did an amazing job. Even with a few problems (once he got in there) he did great job. I would definitely recommend him. Loved his main nurse too! The whole Cardiology unit at OLOL was absolutely amazing. ❤️

Dr. Boedefeld was recommended to me by my cardiologist, Henry Patrick, during a heart catherization procedure. I saw Dr. Boedefeld for the first time following the heart catch procedure in recovery. He had already briefed my wife and daughter all about the by-pass procedure and success per centagrs He told me he could do my procedure two days later. I jumped on it. He did the procedure, double by-pass on a Friday and I was out of the hospital on Tuesday. It has been almost three years and my last two nuclear stress tests have been exemplary. He is an extraordinary clinician and had an incredibly approachable bedside manner. He answered each and every question with honesty and great compassion. I can not recommend him high enough at just a five.

Excellent surgeon and doctor. Gets to the point. Explains well. Follows up - both he and his staff. Cares. Gives good, clear instructions. Tells you what is going to happen.

I can't say enough good comments. Dr. Boedefeld has a great bedside manner and was willing to entertain my pestering questions. As he repaired by mitrial valve (fixed without an artificial valve replacement), I am especially happy. Dr. Boedefeld's staff was also great. They treated me well.
