Dr. Sullins provided a good exam and his supporting technician did a good job, but was told that my prescription would be provided so I would be able to purchase eyeglasses. However when I told them I was buying glasses online due to the substantial markup on glasses, the staff and Dr. Sullins became belligerent and confrontational and had an issue with providing necessary Pupillary Distance. Walmart measured my PD without issue and no cost to me.
