Dr. Ladd is patient and quite thorough in his specialty field of Cardiology ❤.Dr. Ladd is so Awesome, nice and his bedside manner is excellent and I do entrust him with all of my cardiology care. Thank you so much.Wait time is involved & the ladies @ the Receptionist desk yell out~loud to everyone walking in & going to the Receptionist desk~ via front/slide door, sitting in lab area, pt. wait area, etc. "WHAT'S YOU'RE NAME" & D. O. B. " & I let them know @ each visit when I get to the desk that I am not yelling out my " name or D. O. B. "I then briefly hand over my Driver's License.
