Had an booked appointment for months and arrived to be told that the doctor wasn’t in the location at that day and time. The scheduling coordinator booked me again for the following Wednesday, only to follow up days later (after already confirming that date and time) to say the doctor was *again* not working that day and time. They have two office locations and the communication between the two offices is basically nonexistent as they are treated as separate ‘departments’, which would be fine if one office wasn't booking for another. If you need a procedure that needs any downtime whatsoever book elsewhere, which is a shame because the doctors do quality work but the scheduling is a mess.
