Doctor Wong is amazing ! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He took his time to listen to me and explained everything to me . And he called me in person for an abnormal test results. Very pleasant experience with him! Definitely recommend him to anyone who seeks a good Obgyn!

Doctor Wong is a great obgyn. He is professional and patient.

Dr. Wong is a very patient and knowledgeable in this specialty. I had came to his clinic for a 2nd opinion after being misdiagnosed by another OBGYN.Like any patient, I do my research on the internet before I go to see a doctor. My last OBGYN was a referral by my PCP, and who I will longer since I was given a misdiagnosis about my body.I was hesitant about seeing a male OBGYN since this is a profession is made up of 85% female doctors and most women, including myself, are more comfortable seeing a female doctor. Despite my hesitancy, I did manage to book a same day appointment for my checkup. The office is very clean and new, and the receptionist was both hospitable and a trilinguist (Cantonese, Mandarin and English). The wait wasn't long as my appointment hadn't been overbooked, and I saw Dr. Wong 10 minutes after I'd completed my patient forms. I got to meet and sit with Dr. Wong to discuss my medical conditions. Dr. Wong was very patient in hearing about my experience at my old OBGYN and he made me comfortable to trust him to allow him to do my exam. During my exam, Dr. Wong repeatedly gave me reassurance that nothing was wrong and that I had a good diagnosis. Even after the exam, Dr. Wong also gave me advice and methods on how I can better take care of my body. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I can say I will go back to Dr. Wong for my annual checkup from now on.

I had an ectopic pregnancy and was devastated. Dr. Wong made all the follow up calls himself and really had my best interest at heart. Because of this I have chosen him again. He is really compassionate and attentive.

Irresponsible and not pressional, do not recommend

服务态度不好，尤其是前台。我第一次去那里预约见医生，门口写着专治不孕，我就去时候，前台没有一点笑容，交给她保险和ID后就等候见医生。后来和医生谈完了医生建议我去做试管婴儿，我表示同意。出来后前台叫我付费说我的保险不包，我说你干嘛不早告知我保险有包还是没有包，她说我如果做试管保险就不包，其他的我的保险就有包，但是我并不知道医生会建议我去做试管，也并不知道什么有包什么没有包，我只明白一个道理，服务与被服务是你请我愿的关系，如果你要收费应该提早告知，我愿意我会付，你在别人不知道的情况下给予服务后要收费，这种做法很不可取。我记得这样不道德，收费不透明。I saw he has five star review, and I decided to give him a try, but it wasn't a pleasant experience. I went to the office hoping the doctor can give me an advice, because I have a problem of having a healthy baby, and doctor Wong told me that he suggested me to do IVF, so he tried explain to told me about the cost and the procedure of doing this. At the end about to leave, the doctor told the receptionist to charge me 90 dollar in cash for this visiting fee, and I was shocked that no one had told me before that the visit would cost $90, that my insurance doesn't cover it. They should have told me earlier when I registered with them that the visit is $90 because of my insurance, so I could decide wherever I want to continue the visit or go to another OB. I paid but I felt cheated and they didnt even give me the receipt. I have never seen a place that the payment system is not clear and we were announced the fee after receiving the services in new York. Office is very small and doesnt look professional. Not suggested.
